Partner with KPP
Collaboration is a central ingredient to each KPP dinner. Each week a local organization, called a “partner-recipient,” works with the KPP crew to implement the fundraising dinner. KPP has collaborated with an average of 15 partner-recipient organizations per year.
These organizations came to be called “Partner-Recipients” because they not only receive profits from the dinners but also work with KPP to advertise the dinner, educate volunteers about their organization and enhance the event with presentations, displays and sometimes extra fundraising activities such as silent auctions.
Partner‐Recipient Organizations
We refer to the community organizations and individuals who receive funds from Kids’ Pasta Project (KPP) as partners because we value the opportunity to work together to support the community. Since they are also the recipients of the funds raised, we call them Partner‐Recipient Organizations (PRO).
Before the Event
Advertise your Dinner
- Send an email with your flyer to your friends and membership list
- Put up flyers and post them to social media
- Send out public service announcements (PSAs)
- Put your dinner on the KVNF Community Calendar
- Put the dinner announcement and a link to KPP on your website
Normally, we have plenty of volunteers for the preparation and serving. But during the school year, when the children need to be home by 8 pm (requiring the parents to drive them), we could use 2-4 extra people to help with cleanup. It is a great way to get to know the other volunteers, and the help is greatly appreciated!
Please give us the names of the people who will be at dinner early to talk with the volunteers about your organization or project, and the people who will be helping with clean up, so that we can check in with them.

Appear in our Dinner Announcement
We send out a dinner announcement to our email list the Friday before the dinner, giving friends of partner organizations time to make reservations before the general public. We can include a paragraph or two about your organization in that announcement, so please use the contact form to send us anything you would like included.
