July KPP dinner at the Paonia Museum

Tables of eight with colorful napkins and place settings adorned the green grounds of the Paonia Museum for another KPP dinner to celebrate and raise money for the Paonia Historic Society on July 27, 2026.   Rarely has a summer passed since KPP started in 2009 that kids haven’t had the opportunity to check out a little North Fork history before serving homemade pasta dinners in the yard between the old schoolhouse and the main museum building.  One year, the dinner had to be moved into the schoolhouse because of rain!

A message from Paonia Museum Director, Judy Livingston, sums up the event:
Dear Everyone at KPP,
I can’t thank you enough for having dinner for the Historic Society at the Museum. You all did a fantastic job! The food was so good and all of the “helpers” were fantastic as well.  You all have given the museums so much help for so many years and we truly appreciate it more than I can say.
Thank you all SO MUCH!
With love and my heartfelt thanks,
Judy Livingston Emoji

The profits from dinner sales amounted to nearly $700 for the Paonia Historic Society.
